Please complete the enrolment application form. All fields are required unless marked with "*".
Then press the "submit application" when you are done. Please double-check all your form entries to minimise any errors.

In order to process your application, don't forget to mention two IGI Member companies which are supporting your application. Upon receipt of your application, it will be submitted to the IGI Committee for official acceptance. You will be notified by mail and receive an invoice for your membership fee when your application has been accepted. Your membership privileges begin upon receipt of payment.
